We are Queensland’s first Activate Games Sport Arena, where movement meets technology in a next-level interactive experience for ages 6-60. This cutting-edge amusement and sports centre combines physical activity with smart technology to deliver a fully immersive, adrenaline-pumping and high-energy challenge. We have 6 challenge game rooms with more than 500 games to choose from, it’s the perfect destination for fun, fitness, and team building.

To support our growing team, we are now hiring for the following positions:

Part-Time Shop Assistants (4 Positions)

* Greet and assist customers with ticketing and merchandise

* Support the Manager with daily operations

* Provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth check-ins

* Assist with game room preparation and basic cleaning duties

* Handle customer enquiries and bookings

* Help maintain smooth workflow and team communication

* Flexible availability (weekdays, weekends, evenings)

What We’re Looking For

* Friendly, energetic, and reliable team players

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment

* Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is a plus
