No smoking, no pets or parties or guests over.
The unit is a 2 bed 2 bathroom and you will be renting out the room and have your own bathroom. The room has a King bed.
Kitchenware available to share as long as you respectfully maintain the item's condition.

Ducted ac throughout the apartment so you you can set your own a/c in the bedroom
Price: $460/week including internet, water, hot water and gas
(or two ppl $520)
Apartment has a pool, gym and sauna
Rental period: 1/7/24 - 29/12/24 (roughly 6 months but open for negotiation)
Bond: $960 (2 weeks rent) and 2 weeks notice when leaving please
