• $280 per week (includes water, electricity, and internet – within reasonable usage)
• Move-in costs: 4 weeks’ bond + 2 weeks’ rent
• 4 weeks’ notice required before moving out
• Each room is single occupancy with a double bed
• One shared, bright, and brand-new bathroom
• Spacious and comfortable living room, plus an outdoor swimming pool
