The room has its own and very large built-in wardrobe. The room comes with a desk, chair, bookshelf, 1 fan, 3 lamps, King Single bed, all linens and wall art. The room also leads to a decent sized street facing balcony which currently has a set of table and chairs, plants, and a clothes air-dryer. There is a main, spacious bathroom for the apartment, which features the washing machine, bath, shower, toilet and vanity. I have my own bathroom in my bedroom. The main bathroom will be yours with shared laundry.

The unit is 2 bedrooms| 2 bathrooms| 2 balconies| kitchen, lounge, dining room combined| & lock up garage (Un-occupied). Air conditioning is located in the main living area. Both rooms have up-right fans. The unit is 100% furnished. TERMS & CONDITIONS:

*Rent $275| week paid monthly $1100

*Contract for (6) months with opportunity of extension after (6) 

  months

*Bond 2 weeks rent $550

*Copy of photo ID, passport, licence required to be submitted 

*Total payable upon move in date: 4 weeks rent $1100 plus 2 

  weeks bond $550 Total: $1650

*Bond covers any damages that may occur. If there are no 

  damages when vacating, the bond will substitute for the last two 

  weeks of rent due

*No overnight guests permitted  

*Noise levels should remain at minimum levels to be respectful 

  of neighbours

*No loud parties or gatherings permitted

*No pets permitted

*No couples permitted

*Applicant must be male, studying student only

*Smoking NOT permitted
