The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 car garage + 1 external parking spot.

Currently, I’m living here alone, but there will be a total of 3-4 housemates in the future.

Location:

Near Tallowood Park, Springwood, with convenient access to Springwood Shopping Mall, Chatswood Shopping Mall, gyms, and various restaurants—a great place to live!

While having a car would be ideal (garage parking available), there’s also a bus stop within a 7-minute walk, where you can take a bus to Springwood Station and transfer to a train or another bus.

House Features:

• Fully equipped with essential kitchen appliances & cookware
• 2 refrigerators (shared with housemates)

Housemate Preference:

Since we’ll be sharing the space, I’m looking for clean, respectful, and well-mannered housemates. Preferably in their 20s to 30s. Of course, I will also do my part in maintaining a comfortable living environment!
