We are looking for 2 people to use the master room at a home at 859 Logan Road Holland Park West starting 12th July. The house has 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms.

It is located 7kms away from Garden city and 7kms from city myer centre. The inbound bus station is 1minute walk away, outbound station is just across the road.

You will be sharing the house with 3 korean girls the other 2 rooms.

The master room has 1 queen bed and 1 super single bed, and 2 separate wardrobes and 2 tables with chairs. The room does not have air conditioning now but we are planning to install the Vertica wall air conditioning before the weather gets warm. The living room has a couch and air conditioning.

Minimum stay of 3months, 2weeks bond and 3weeks notice required. The rent fee is $390/week ( for 2ppl) including utilities (electricity, water, gas, internet). We can send the photo of the room if you are interested.
