We are looking for a new tenant to rent the first floor of our two-storey house in Springwood.

1. Conveniently located near the motorway for quick access to both the city and the Gold Coast. Within about 1 km, you’ll find Coles, Woolworths, McDonald’s, and Moa Mart, making grocery shopping very easy. The newly opened Fitness Cartel is also nearby.



● The unit includes 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 separate toilet.
 One bedroom has a built-in wardrobe plus an extra dressing room, which is perfect for ladies or anyone who needs extra storage space.

2. Rent Fee: $580 per week (all bills included). Contract to be arranged through the agency.


3. Indoor parking is available for your vehicle’s security. Couples and friends are welcome.


4. Air conditioning available.


5. Unlimited internet included.


6. Further details can be discussed with the agency if needed.


7. Private, separate entrance to the first floor – fully independent living space from the upstairs residents.
