Uncle Don is a trendy and stylish Japanese Donburi restaurant and it's owned by the group, who manages some of Brisbane/ Sunshine Coast's best reviewed East Asian restaurants including a new restaurant Soka / Nonda (@nonda.restaurant).

We' are hiring: All levels of Chef: As a Chef / cook, you'll be an integral part of our kitchen team, contributing to the creation and execution of our innovative menu. Whether you're a seasoned culinary expert or an aspiring talent, we welcome all levels of chef who are eager to learn, grow, and share their culinary expertise. Food Menu will be based on modern Japanese techniques with Donburi style.
