PRICE: $155 for each person
- We are looking for 2 flatmates
- Clean, respectful and quiet
- Available from 20th March :)
- Bond: 3 weeks of rent
- Notice: 3 weeks
- no smoking; no drinking; no pet
- Clean, respectful and quiet
- Bills are included as long as reasonable use
No party house but happy with occasional friend for meals and movie as long as keeping quiet in own room.
