We are a 6 year old modern townhouse in Ashgrove Brisbane.

 The house is 5 bedrooms we use 3 for living quarters to keep things relaxed.

 All rooms have split system A/C. 

The 385 bus runs directly to the city taking no more than 20 minutes in peak traffic, less for off peak. 

Woolworths and Aldi are close by as well as the goodlife gym with a swimming pool. 

There are many walking tracks around here.

We are one girl and one boys (34-36) all full time employed and enjoy each other's company. If you are a chilled/ clean person we encourage you to get in touch.

Rent is $165 per week bills are $27 per week.
