We have a fully furnished, single bedroom available for a friendly and reliable female flatmate who is looking for a home, not a cheap hostel.

Our home would best suit another international student or worker staying for a minimum of 6 months, preferably 1-2 years. It is quiet and good for study.

The rent is $165 and the bond is $330. All utility bills are included - electricity, gas, water, and unlimited NBN internet access. You would mostly share the main bathroom and toilet with the other lady. The men have their own toilets, wash basins etc.

Your flatmates would be one Vietnamese lady upstairs, one French male worker downstairs, and a male Australian private English tutor. We are a trustworthy group looking for someone who is also respectful and considerate of others esp. by not being noisy. You must be a non-smoker willing to share housework. No guests allowed.

Our townhouse is in Annerley about 5 minutes walk to Fairfield train station on the Beenleigh (red) line, or Ipswich Rd buses (stop 22/3) with 2 parks close-by. It takes about 15 minutes by train, or 20-30 minutes by bus, to the City/QUT/UQ. It is a 5 minute walk to the train station and Buses #100,116, 117, 121, 124,125, 196 and 197.

Shops and supermarkets such as Coles and Woolworths, and 2 BCC public libraries with free internet access are only 10 minutes away.
