Yatai by Hatori Karaage, a Japanese restaurant located in Bulimba is currently looking for a full-time or casual chef to work in the kitchen.

More than 90% are mainly local customers, and we have various Japanese menus with sake, drift beer, and cocktails.

<Position: Full Time/Casual>

Task in charge

- Prep (preparation and trimming, potions, etc.)

- Dish Services (hot sections, sashimi sections, and deepfry sections and performed by position in charge)

Qualifications:

- Experienced in kitchen or experienced chef

- Those who don't have a kitchen experience but want to pursue a career in the kitchen

Wage

Full-time: annual salary system

- $60,000(40hrs per week) + Annual leave + Superannuation

Casual: Weekdays $28.26 / Weekend $33.92 + Superannuation
