I'm looking for person/people to take over my unit in mantra on Queen.

It's 10 mins away from central station and Brisbane river.

At the moment, I'm paying $510 per week but it will increase to $ 590 p/w at the end of July.

I'm having a guy living in the living room so we share half and rent out car park so I get some back as well.

But it is up to you to have him there or not.

I'm looking to rent out any date after 10th June.
