マスタールームには私と彼女が住んでおり、もう一つの部屋とバスルームを専用で使っていただけます。 私たちの部屋とは離れている構造で、バスルームが部屋のすぐ前にあるため、快適に生活できると思います。

新しいアパートをレンタルしたので、家のコンディションは良く、Gaswork Plazaのすぐ前にあるので、便利な施設の利用がとても便利です。

アパートの入口にバス停があり、朝早くから夜遅くまでシティ、サウスバンク、ウェストエンドまで行くことができます。

即入居可能で、長期居住者を募集しています。

家賃は週$350で、専用の冷蔵庫、すべての光熱費、洗剤が含まれています。

2週間の通知期間、2週間のデポジット。最低滞在期間は調整可能です。

Hello, we are a Korean couple living in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Newstead, and we are looking for a housemate to share a private room and private bathroom. 

My girlfriend and I live in the master room, and you will have the other room and bathroom exclusively. The structure of the apartment keeps our rooms separate, and the bathroom is right in front of your room, ensuring a comfortable living arrangement.

The apartment is new, so it's in great condition, and it’s located right in front of Gaswork Plaza, making it very convenient for using various facilities.

There is a bus stop at the entrance of the apartment, allowing you to easily travel to the city, South Bank, and West End from early morning until late at night.

The room is available for immediate move-in, and we are looking for a long-term tenant.

The rent is $350 per week, which includes a dedicated fridge, all bills, and laundry detergent.

A 2-week notice period and a 2-week deposit are required. The minimum stay can be adjusted.
