  • 710 bus to Griffith University is about a 10-minute walk away.
  • 704 bus (goes to Southport, Main Beach, Harbour Town) is a bit further.
• Looking for: Clean and tidy, non-smoker.
• Rent: $260/week (includes internet and all bills).
• Two weeks' notice and two weeks' bond required.
• Available for immediate move-in.
