時給はスキルや経験に応じて交渉可能で、法定最低賃金以上となります。能力に応じて昇給も可能です。希望される方は、週に40〜50時間以上の勤務も可能です。

車両および清掃用具が必要です。

汚れがひどい家の場合、基本料金に追加料金が発生します。

経験豊富で信頼できる方については、不動産会社からの小さなクレーム（コールバック）は、時間があるときに私自身が処理します。

Cleaners Wanted!

We offer 20-30 hours per week guaranteed, with the option for additional hours if desired.

Hourly pay is negotiable based on skills and experience, and always above the legal minimum wage. Pay increases are possible depending on performance. You may work 40-50+ hours per week if you prefer.

A vehicle and cleaning equipment are required.

For dirty or heavily soiled houses, a base rate plus extra charges will apply.

For experienced and reliable cleaners, I personally handle small callbacks (minor complaints from real estate agencies) whenever I have time.
