Hiring for Sweet Potato farm

Positions Available: 1-2 Workers

Job: Field job  (Outdoor weeding, Planting, digging,lifting up plastics)

Pay Rate: Horticulture award $30.35 per hour + Superannuation: 12%

✅weekly bank transfer every Wednesday (includes electronic payslip)

⏰ Work Hours: start at around 6:00~08:00 AM, approximately 6–10 hours per day

Work Days: Usually 4–6 days per week 

✅ eligible for 2nd/3rd year visa days collection

high-vis clothing required

Position: sweet potato packing, 1-2 workers 

Current Horticulture Award Casual 

hourly rate : $30.35+12%super

✅Eligible for visa days collecting

✅Wage : Weekly transfer every Wednesday.

(Pay period is Monday to Sunday)

Expected 7~12 hours working a day ; 3~5 days a week.

Multi - tasking job.

Fast-paced working environment.

Please note that shed work is physically demanding, fast-paced, and requires close attention to detail. 

But I would say it's a good job to collect your 88 days as the packing shed runs whole year.

As the work is highly competitive, consistent performance is essential. If a worker's performance does not meet expectations, there is a high likelihood they may lose the position.

Be proactive and helpful as it's team work.

⏰Recently we start at about 6am~ 9am

Finish time depends on the orders.

Accommodation 

( hostel / sharehouse):

-rent $195-$230 per person per week( depends on the room type)

-bond is $300

-Transportation is $8 per person per day to the farm ( you can drive your own car as well)

Check in time is from 8am to 5pm (Monday to Saturday)
