We are looking for a housemate for our quiet and clean home in a prime Sunnybank location. The master room is cozy and comes with a small dressing room. It’s spacious enough for one person and a very comfortable space. You can use the kitchen for about 5 minutes at a time, and there is a small fridge in the room for your convenience.
Kitchen detergent and cleaning supplies are provided. We use the fastest NBN internet, and the living room air conditioner is always on during the summer season.
The bus stop is a 13-minute walk away, with buses 130 and 140 to the city running every 10 minutes, and the bus stop to Garden City is just a 1–2 minute walk.
