Transport: Free city shuttle bus stops right in front of the house (every ~10 minutes)
Nearby amenities: Korean grocery store, Woolworths, convenience stores within a 10-minute walk

• Unlimited Wi-Fi

• All bills included (electricity, water, etc.)

Move-in Conditions

• Deposit: 2 weeks’ rent

• Notice: 2 weeks’ notice before moving out

• No minimum stay required
