In total, the house has 3 bedrooms , 1 bathroom, 2 seperate  toilets,  kitchen, dining and living room, big backyard.

Hoping you are  tidy, reliable , a non-smoker. 

A male or a  female are  greatly and equally welcome. 

Your housemate is an Aussie work young man and an Aussie uni boy,  they are all my repeat tenants. pretty quiet,clean,simple and easy going.
