Momo Chicken, one of Brisbane’s leading Korean fried chicken franchise brands, is currently looking for a passionate and experienced FOH Full-Time Manager to join our Brisbane City store.

Position

FOH Full-Time Manager (1 Position)
Location: Brisbane City

✔ Cookery students preferred
✔ Student visa holders welcome
✔ TSS 482 Sponsorship available for suitable candidates

Key Responsibilities – FOH

• Provide friendly and professional customer service
  Accurately understand and process food and beverage orders

• Recommend menu items and confidently answer customer questions

• Operate POS system correctly

• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve requests or issues efficiently

• Process payments and manage cash handling

• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and follow the company cleaning schedule

• Communicate and cooperate effectively with kitchen staff

 Managerial Duties

• Manage FOH staff rosters and scheduling

• Oversee staff attendance and team management

• Supervise daily store operations and service quality

• Check orders and monitor operational performance

• Train and support new team members

• Maintain store hygiene and overall FOH condition

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous FOH or store management experience preferred

• Strong sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills

• Availability on weekends and peak trading hours

• Confident English communication skills
